2009 - Buenos Aires Argentina
In a landscape dominated by the horizontal line of the Atlantic Ocean, an architectural complex is proposed to highlight this horizontality with a building divided into three differentiated floors. Two entirely closed volumes follow the orthogonal logic of the urban plan while a third, intermediate level is frankly oriented towards the sea. This middle level forms a public, transparent platform that is elevated two meters above street level, allowing open views towards the sea over the traffic on Félix Camet Avenue.
