For the refurbishment of a seventies villa in a residential area of Mexico City, our clients proposed us to test and rethink even the most daily routines of bathing, dining or watching TV, We were asked to develop a bathroom that would avoid common places such as tiles, mirrors, and typical bath room furniture: the bathroom had to be an abstract space next to the bedroom. We developed a bathroom consisting of two converging abstract wooden walls. Sliding and opening of the panels make it possible to use it as sauna, shower area, or give access to the toilet or washbasin.
